Thanksgiving cont'd.

We stayed in Iowa until Saturday, so we got up to some other fun things while in town.

No one is interested in Black Friday shopping.  We breakfasted on cinnamon rolls provided by longtime, lovely neighbors to my parents, Bagels from Einstein Bros. provided by my dad, and leftover pies from Thanksgiving. Well-rounded breakfast, indeed.

Much of the day was spent decorating the gingerbread house and watching football.

Lots of candy was eaten. The Hawks beat Nebraska. It was kind of the perfect day.

Raiden agreed.

In the evening, Gabe broke into a gigantic chocolate coin left to him by an elf.

And we played some rousing rounds of Telestrations.

This was supposed to be a picture of Jordyn hugging Steve, but she's too quick for my slow camera draw.

Got her!

Saturday I only took two pictures! Steve and I packed up, and everyone enjoyed House of China before we hit the road.

Ok, three pictures. Best. Seasonal. Snack. Ever.
